I have been a member with amazing lash studio on Voss for close to a year now. About a week ago I had a scheduled appointment on Thursday and they gave me a call, like usual, to confirm on Wednesday. I had to reschedule my appointment even asked if I could go in that same day any day but Thursday was not a good day. The earliest appointment available was not until that Monday. What they don't tell you is that you are being charged $49.99 a month and you have a time period to use that. So when I went into my appointment on Monday I was 5 days from my withdrawal date of the 21st. After the fact that I did a refill they want to say it was a full set and charged me a additional $66 on top of the $49.99 a month. Not once was I informed that I needed a full set and that it was a additional charge for going over my date, because THEY could not see me sooner. I asked for a customer service number and I have called and left several messages but no call back. Just be aware of what you are getting yourself in. They will do anything to get you to pass the time period to collect double the amount.
