Loveee this place! Really great customer service, friendly staff and always a clean store! Go see Myriah in the salon...her work is amazing! My daughter and I have been going to her for over a year now for our hair and lashes.

To say this place is a disappointment is an under statement. After doing research I decided to use Mariah for my hair. My regular guy just had a baby, not to mention he is far so I wanted to find someone local to me. BB is right next to my house so that was a plus! I had the appointment scheduled for over three weeks. I got a few messages during the floods that were generic "calling about your appointment Monday" voicemails. I assumed they were reminder phone calls like I usually get before any appointments or just them trying to confirm I was still coming. Since I was busy with having the kids home from Harvey I didn't get a chance to call back. I arranged for childcare for all four of my kids for my appointment today. I went in only to discover Mariah is out of town. Why the heck did they not say that on the darn messages?!?!? Or say they need to cancel and reschedule on the voicemail!!!!! Super disappointed! I haven't had my hair done in forever and was really looking forward to some me time. I would have totally understood Mariah being out of town but they need to understand that they need to say exactly that on the message!
