  Just spoke with JOHN who clearly does not understand how appointments work. They have a scheduler on their website to “book” appointment. I followed the steps and got a confirmation email. He drive here is about 30 minutes so I wanted to be sure that they had everything they needs. I called to confirm they tell me I’m not on their schedule. I said I’m looking at the email confirmation.
  Oh it’s a “request” for an appointment through a third party & they do not know our staff or our availability. THEN WHY ARE THEH BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENTS?
  
  The second time this happened! I think it’s a marketing trick to her people to give them their information & then say oh we can’t confirm your appointment until next month!
  
  Then why don’t you show your schedule book out until next month not today at 1:30pm?
  
  He says idk ma’am it’s just how they have it set up.
  
  They can’t even get the appointment together So I am not confident that they will get the medical services correct either. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
  
  Thanks for wasting my time again John’
