  I was so impressed with everything from scheduling the appointment to leaving the shop! I was researching for a good hair braiding shop in Houston and stumbled across this one. I was impressed by the reviews and gave it try. Ms. Gertrude was incredibly professional and nice with setting up the appointment. I was reminded of my appointment via text messages, also loved! The day of my appointment (1/7/2018), Josie was on time for my appointment was getting everything set up as soon as I got in the chair. Even while getting my hair braided, Gertrude, called me to see how I was doing and if everything was okay. I've found my new place to get my hair braided. I will most definitely be back and I highly recommend them to others.
