I have been taking my two young children (ages 6 and 9) to this office for a couple of years. I like the office. It is not crowded. The staff is kind and polite. The work stations are open and I am welcome to be present throughout any procedure, which I appreciate. I took my child to another dentist once who did not allow me to be present while my child was under general anesthesia while having a crown put in. This made me terribly uncomfortable. Not an issue in this office! My kids do not mind going to the dentist. Dr. Cantu even wrote my child's tooth fairy an official letter explaining why we didn't have the tooth to put under the pillow.

Great dentist and staff. I’ve been coming to these guys for my whole family and they are the most honest and caring dentist I’ve seen. Prices are fair and they work with me on payments if I need to. They are in a professional building but parking is easy. Love em!

    Friendly but inefficient dental clinic

I came here on a Friday during a work day to try to get a teeth cleaning in (hard for me to take vacation). I budgeted 2 hours for the appointment expecting it to take much less but wanted plenty of buffer. I came here with my girlfriend at the same time which is a first.

I called ahead and they had my insurance information so they confirmed what was covered vs. what wasn't. I got there, and proceeded to fill out the form (waiting room was nicely decorated with chairs and sofas). The form was ancient and took quite a while to fill, so returned it after 10 minutes. Next thing I knew, they were validating information and I ended up sitting there for over an hour just waiting to even go in. My girlfriend ended up going in earlier, but she just sat in the chair waiting.

I was already running low on time since I had a meeting after the 2 hour window, so I let the dentist know about my commitment. They took their time doing bite-wing x-rays (which they didn't even comment on, so I assume they took it just to get money from my insurance company) and then only cleaned the top half of my teeth (after I turned down their ask to do a full mouth debridement - which I consider a blatant money grab by most dentists).

The interior was absolutely ancient, the chairs were all cracked, and not like modern dental offices that had a nice TV above the chairs (not that the actual cleaning lasted long enough to even matter). I would consider a different, more modern place in the future.
